Once long ago ...
in the middle of the Enchanted Forest ...
stood the shabby home of Rumplestiltskin.
And he's been a very bad man. Over the years he's been spinning straw into gold--in exchange for children!
The children are too terrified of the Enchanted Forest to escape into it, but one night they glimpse a tall white tower, brand-spanking new, near enough that they might quickly be able to run to safety. Little do they know that living in the tower is an extremely wicked fairy Feydenuit who absolutely positively loathes children.
As with all classic quest stories, the children do encounter some help along the way, especially the irrepressible Downstairsella, who comes complete with Fairy Godmother ... only problem is, she never learned how to summon her. And boy oh boy, are they going to need her ... Rumpelstiltskin and Feydenuit are dangerous enough, but they might also fall into the clutches of a candy-housed cook with a great big oven and a cage just the right size for a plump and growing boy ...
... the adventure continuesEnjoy the hilarious encounters and stunning surprises of this new musical farce. Witness evil pottery, secret gates, wicked fairies, scary cows ... and children courageous enough to stand up for themselves and take on the world. It's the comic, thrilling, moving world of Rumpelstiltskin's Children.
